# Kathy #11 (1949) The main story, "Not Guilty," follows Kathy and her friend Hank as they prepare decorations for their glee club dance. When they need permission to use the gymnasium, they learn the dean is unavailable and decide to forge his signature on a note, but the dean discovers the forged permission and calls them out. Later, Kathy goes on a bicycle ride where she loses control, crashes into a fire hydrant, and injures herself, after which Hank gives her vitamin pills to recover. The issue concludes with Kathy and Hank on bicycles at night, with silhouettes of other figures visible in the background.
