Marvel's "Teen-Age Tornado" Kathy returns in issue #27, February 1964, with a cover by Stan G. and Sol Brodsky that sets the scene with delightful small-town drama — blonde Kathy and dark-haired Liz square off in a front yard while two onlookers react with wide-eyed dismay to their sharp-tongued exchange. The cover promises the story readers apparently couldn't stop asking for: "How Kathy and Liz First Met!" — and judging by the cattiness already flying in those speech bubbles, it's going to be quite a tale of friendship forged through rivalry.
