The two-panel cover captures a delightful costume-party mix-up: Kathy has arrived dressed as Martha Washington in a flowing colonial gown and headdress, while her date Rick shows up in a rugged frontier vest and bandana — prompting the playful jab, "But aren't you too young to be impersonating Martha Washington?" Inside, writer Stan Lee and artist Stan Goldberg deliver the story "The Disc Jockey's Delight!," promising the kind of breezy teen comedy that made this series such a fun corner of early '60s Marvel.
