Daruma Matsuura's psychological seinen series continues with this sixth volume, its cool blue-and-shadow palette perfectly capturing the series' unsettling beauty. The cover draws two faces into an almost unbearably close confrontation — a pale, white-haired figure with striking blue eyes gazing upward, while a second figure with dark hair and red lips looms in from above, their profiles nearly touching in an atmosphere of tension and desire. Ki-oon Seinen's French edition makes for a beautifully presented entry point into one of 2016's most visually haunting manga on shelves.
