# Kaänga #13 This issue contains two stories. In "Death-Web of the Amazons," Kaänga battles slime jaws and rescues a captive from a deadly trap set in the jungle. In "Safari of Savage Spears," horse thieves raid a safari camp, and Kaänga pursues them while dealing with dangerous wildlife and native confrontations. A text story titled "The Phantom Cat" involves a plantation owner named Jim dealing with a leopard that has killed natives and attacking his property, only to discover that his friend Henri orchestrated the murders using a music box to drive the natives away so he could force Jim to sell his plantation.
