The five-issue Image Comics series from Jesús Orellana comes to its conclusion with a cover that's hard to look away from — a steely-eyed young man, keys hanging at his chest, surrounded by a swirl of pills and bullet casings that orbit him like a storm he's trying to outlast. Orellana's clean, expressive linework gives the image a quiet intensity, that determined frown suggesting someone who's been through the wringer and isn't done yet. A satisfying close to a series that clearly had something on its mind from the start.
