Justice Traps the Guilty #23

This anthology issue adapted from True Police and FBI Cases contains a story about Karl Brenner, a man tormented by guilt and supernatural visions after committing a crime. When police close in on Brenner following a bombing, his conscience becomes unbearable; haunted by what appears to be the spirit of his victim Sarah Johnson, Brenner ultimately confesses and is brought to justice. The issue also features a brief story about Doc Barker, a fugitive who is tracked down and shot by authorities after attempting to escape across water.
