An FBI agent and his brother Rocky Stone become entangled in a dangerous scheme when Rocky introduces the agent to a French singer named Collette at a nightclub in Washington, D.C. The agent discovers that Collette and her associates are involved in a diamond smuggling operation, using a gambling casino and hotel as their front. When Rocky foolishly makes his connection to the criminal enterprise known, the gang locks him and the agent in a room, planning to eliminate them—but the agent manages to trigger an escape and alert authorities to stop the smugglers.
