This issue contains an anthology of crime and supernatural stories. The main story features Ralph Cooper, a criminal who practices hypnosis on his wife for months before attempting an elaborate heist, but his plan ultimately fails when his victim resists his hypnotic control. Additional stories include "I'll Never Sleep Again," about a dying man's final vision; "Father's Footsteps," concerning a young man following in his father's criminal footsteps; "My Dolly Is the Devil," a tale of an uncanny doll; and "Don't Look Now," about a mysterious presence that vanishes when observed.
