Tony Harris's cover for this September 2015 issue is a striking, psychedelic composition — a wild-eyed, anguished man dominates the center, fists clenched and mouth open in a scream, while a blonde hero in a star-spangled costume and a dark-clad figure with flowing hair surge forward around him, all framed by swirling creatures and brilliant beams of green and gold light. The disorienting collage of tentacles, exotic animals, and fragmented figures gives the whole piece an unsettling, otherworldly energy that fits "The Island of No Return" perfectly. With Parker, Foreman, and Cox on the interior, this is a visually bold chapter in DC's team title that earns a second look.
