From their base on the Justice League Watchtower, Ray and Ryan work to help people who have suddenly gained super-powers in the wake of the Absolute Power event to control their new abilities, and to help others to re-gain powers that they have lost. The key to their success is to find a way to restore Captain Atom's powers, but Nathaniel has lost faith in the project's success and goes on the run.
