Justice League of America #[9]
In "The Bogeyman," Green Lantern from the Tangent Universe delivers a dire warning to the Justice League: the Crime Syndicate is erasing entire worlds, and they’ve just destroyed hers. Before the League can react, the Syndicate strikes the Hall of Justice, while Dr. Impossible and his crew infiltrate to steal Alexander Luthor’s body—only to activate the Resurrection Machine. Using energy drawn from three humans across different Earths, including a captive Bluejay, the machine awakens something far worse than Darkseid: the Omega Man. Written by James Robinson and brought to life by Mark Bagley’s dynamic art and Rob Hunter’s sharp inks, this issue’s cover by Bagley and Hunter captures the chaos in a single, electrifying moment.
