Dawn assumes Raven’s mantle and becomes Manitou Dawn. The JLA fail to stop Eve and Manchester Black. Raven calls on Nathan, Booker, Cassandra, Oliver and Naif to help Vera Lynn regain control of her mind so they can stop Eve. When Cassandra breaks Nathan out of prison, they realize that Menagerie used her creatures to control Nathan so that she could get him to kill Hi-Shan Bhat. The JLE regroup and confront Eve and Manchester Black in London.
