This fourth issue of Mark Millar's Jupiter's Circle Volume 2 arrives with a striking Frank Quitely cover that commands attention from every angle — a caped hero rendered in vivid color descends upside-down from above, while a group of fellow heroes below are sketched in ghostly, almost ethereal linework, caught in a burst of brilliant light.
