Jupiter's Circle #4
This fourth issue of Mark Millar's Jupiter's Circle Volume 2 arrives with a striking Frank Quitely cover that commands attention from every angle — a caped hero rendered in vivid color descends upside-down from above, while a group of fellow heroes below are sketched in ghostly, almost ethereal linework, caught in a burst of brilliant light. The contrast between the fully painted central figure and the looser, spectral forms beneath him gives the image a genuinely arresting sense of depth and drama. With interior art from Davide Gianfelice and colors by Ive Svorcina, this 2015 Image series continues to deliver a compelling look at superheroics from a distinctly human angle.
