Jumpscare #4

From Dark Horse Comics, Jumpscare #4 delivers one of the more haunting covers of 2025 — a pale, masked figure seated in eerie repose, clad in a skeleton-printed garment with bony wings flanking them like a dark altarpiece. Tendrils of red creep across the composition while the figure cradles a small yellow bird in armored, blood-streaked hands, creating a striking tension between fragility and menace. Writer Cullen Bunn and artist Danny Luckert are clearly not pulling any punches with this series.
