Jughead #347
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeAt Pop's diner, Jughead sits at the counter with a burger and a ketchup bottle, while a smiling boy looks on eagerly — and the gag is right there in the speech bubbles: apparently letting someone else use the ketchup first qualifies as "true love." Dan DeCarlo's cover captures that warm, gently absurd Riverdale humor perfectly, with Pop himself and a pair of amused onlookers (including Ethel) rounding out the scene. A cheerful 1986 entry in the long-running series, with interior stories by the Samm Schwartz and Frank Doyle team delivering more of the easygoing comedy that made Jughead a staple of the Archie line.
