This anthology issue contains three stories by Bob Wilkin: "Bonny Bess," featuring naval adventures aboard a ship's fleet with romantic and comedic encounters; "Tracer Bullet," a Western tale in which Tracer pursues bandits in the hills and evades a stagecoach pursuit; and "Country Capers," where a man named Chesney chases a butterfly and becomes entangled in comedic mishaps with a woman, leading to romantic complications; and "Rodney the Roman," in which a Roman soldier named Rodney inadvertently disrupts the Coliseum and becomes an unlikely champion fighting a brute.
