A wonderful 1974 entry in Editorial Bruguera's beloved Joyas Literarias Juveniles series, this issue adapts Jules Verne's thrilling tale "Robur el conquistador," scripted by José Antonio Vidal Sales with interior art by Tomás Porto. The cover, illustrated by Carlos Alberto Ferreira, is unfortunately unavailable for viewing, but the story itself promises Verne's signature blend of daring adventure and visionary technology. At 15 pesetas, it offered Spanish readers a handsome comics adaptation of one of the great science-fiction imaginations of the 19th century.
