Maciste and Yolao participate in the Olympic games. Then Maciste saves Laomedonite's daughter, Hemione, from a sea monster. Finally, Maciste frees Arión's son, Tiero, from the tyrant prince, Nemur of Tracia, and sets Tiero as governor of the city. When Nemur's brother, Vajla of Taso, sets his army against Tiero, Maciste helps defeat Vajla's army.
