Part two of Kelly Thompson and Marco Checchetto's "Journey to Star Wars: The Last Jedi" tie-in puts Captain Phasma front and center — chrome armor gleaming beneath a full moon, black cape billowing as she surveys an alien landscape with blaster in hand. Paul Renaud's cover sets a striking tone, with crimson tentacles curling around the rocky outcropping beneath Phasma's boots and a second armored figure standing watch in the shadow of crashed First Order wreckage. Colorist Andres Mossa bathes the whole scene in cool teal and moonlit silver, making this 2017 series feel every bit as cinematic as the film it leads into.
