Issue 315 of the beloved Belgian series finds young Jommeke in delightful chaos on a sunny farmyard, arms spread wide as a flock of brown and white hens scatters all around him — with a colorful parrot adding to the feathered mayhem at his feet. The title Rare Vogels ("Strange Birds") perfectly captures the lively scene, hinting at all manner of avian mischief ahead.
