In "Tombstone's Treachery," Johnny Mack Brown confronts Ginny Starkes, who has been raiding supply convoys and causing trouble at the timber camp. When Starkes' men steal a strongbox containing cash from the bank safe and hide it in the hills, Johnny pursues them with help from an old prospector. After recovering the strongbox and locating where the gang is hiding out, Johnny and his allies engage the outlaws in a final confrontation to bring Starkes and his men to justice.
