John Wayne Adventure Comics #20

Wayne works on a public works bridge project led by corrupt politician Leo Dollar and his henchman Mac, who scheme to exploit government funds. When a gale threatens the construction, Wayne and the workers battle dangerous conditions, but a mysterious blue-skinned saboteur appears to wreck the project. In a separate story, a man confesses to holding his twin brother prisoner on a remote ranch for ten years after killing him in a fight over their inheritance, revealing that his brother's ghost has since been haunting the property.
