The issue appears to chronicle Jo-Jo's expedition to locate the lost Rana and retrieve the diamond she sought.
When a young jungle woman named Rana begins secretly amassing money through trade, Jo-Jo grows curious about her true intentions—and discovers she's hunting the man responsible for her father's death. Jo-Jo pledges to help Rana track down Jagger to the legendary Diamond Kingdom, but the villain has set a deadly gauntlet of traps and stampedes between them and their quarry.
