Alex Toth's cover pencils (inked by Sy Barry) capture Wakely in sharp close-up, jaw set and eyes steely, every bit the rugged hero who's clearly made some powerful enemies. Fifty-two big pages at a dime made this a genuinely solid value for fans of frontier adventure.
