From Québec Amérique's Codibar imprint comes the second volume of Jeunauteur — Gloire et crachats — by Stéphane Dompierre and Pascal Girard. The bright green cover features a wide-eyed young figure in a bold red hoodie, rendered in Girard's appealingly loose, expressive line work. It's a charming and slightly irreverent package that hints at the mix of ambition and awkwardness the title Glory and Spit so perfectly suggests.
