Jennifer Blood is cornered — but she's far from finished. Mike Mayhew's cover drops us into the middle of a brutal prison brawl, with a blood-spattered Jennifer standing defiantly in a yellow inmate jumpsuit, clutching a makeshift weapon while a downed opponent writhes at her feet and several other prisoners close in from behind. This 2013 Dynamite series continues to push its mature-readers premise hard, and issue #23 — "This Is The Story" — with writing by Al Ewing and interior art by Eman Casallos, looks like it keeps the tension wound very, very tight.
