The fourth installment of Jeż Jerzy arrives with the story "Ścigany" — and the cover sets the tone perfectly, featuring the scruffy, wild-eyed hedgehog protagonist crammed behind bars, clutching what appears to be a license plate with a manic grin that's equal parts trouble and charm. Tomasz Lew Leśniak's bold, cartoonish linework gives the whole scene an anarchic energy that fans of Polish alternative comics were clearly hungry for in 2003. If that frazzled face peering through the bars is any indication, Jerzy's latest adventure promises to be delightfully chaotic.
