This graphic novel collects the complete story of Hélène, a young girl navigating social isolation and bullying at school, who finds solace in reading Jane Eyre. The narrative blends her real-world struggles with imagined scenes from the classic novel, illustrated in a distinctive mixed-media style by Isabelle Arsenault. It was originally published in French as Jane, le renard et moi and later released in English by Groundwood Books in 2013.
