James Bond: Hammerhead #2

Andy Diggle and Luca Casalanguida's James Bond: Hammerhead hits its second issue with a cover by Francesco Francavilla that plunges 007 into genuinely harrowing underwater peril — gun drawn, suit soaked, as a massive shark surges between him and a silhouetted figure surrounded by a bloom of red. The cool, spectral blues and greens of Francavilla's palette give the scene an eerie, dreamlike tension that feels perfectly suited to Fleming's world of glamour and danger. Dynamite's 2016 continuation of the Bond comics legacy is off to a gripping start.
