The 27th volume of the Iznogoud series, originally published in 2004 by Éditions Tabary, continues the misadventures of the Grand Vizier Iznogoud as he schemes to become Caliph instead of the Caliph. This collection features stories centered around a twist involving an ancestor's mistake, blending the series' signature satirical humor with classic comic fantasy elements. It collects material from the later period of the series, maintaining the artistic and narrative style established by creators René Goscinny and Jean Tabary.
