Iron visits first Cardinal Kelvin and then Mushmouth as he tries to gain allies in his war on Big Daddy. Iron and Angel battle Louie and Mike at the City Tribune but Angel discovers that she doesn't have the killing instinct. Iron sends Mike back to Big Daddy to tell him that he has cut a deal with Kelvin and he has the gangster's million bucks. All parties gear up for he final showdown.
