Inside Crime #1

This anthology issue contains at least two crime stories. The first, "Crime by the Clock," follows detectives Hector and Vaszek as they pursue criminals Danny Hector and Dick Vaszek, ultimately resulting in the criminals' execution by electrocution after a seventeen-hour trial. The second story, "The Midnight Killers," is set at Murphy's Inn where a guest is murdered, and the terrified guests become trapped as the killer is revealed to be among them; two men claiming to recognize the murderer from a previous crime help identify the culprit, though their efforts prove futile.
