Injustice 2 #17

The cover of Injustice 2 #17 says it all with two words: "Amazo Unleashed!" — and Bruno Redondo and Juan Albarran deliver on that promise with a visceral image of the android Amazo dominating the composition, energy blasting from his chest as he strains against a massive staff, apparently being held back by a determined Batman on one side and a straining figure in red above. A smaller caped figure — glimpsed in the lower right — rounds out a scene that crackles with barely contained chaos and snapping debris. Tom Taylor's "Rage" chapter promises exactly the kind of high-stakes confrontation this cover so confidently telegraphs.
