Injection #3 continues Warren Ellis, Declan Shalvey, and Jordie Bellaire's unsettling 2015 Image series with a cover that quietly unnerves — a lone figure, viewed from below, stands suspended among tangled branches while leaves scatter and spiral downward into an eerie pale void. Shalvey's low-angle composition makes the ordinary feel deeply wrong, and Bellaire's restrained palette of muted greens and grays gives the whole image a cold, creeping dread.
