Injection #12

Issue twelve of Warren Ellis, Declan Shalvey, and Jordie Bellaire's unsettling sci-fi series finds a lone, hooded figure digging deep into a cracked and crumbling pit of earth, ringed by jagged standing stones that frame a sky blazing with wild streaks of red, yellow, and magenta. Shalvey's cover composition is striking — the figure is small against the ancient, looming landscape, shovel in hand, swallowed by shadow while that electric horizon burns overhead.
