A new Leader rises among the descendants of the Lunar Cult, Kratan. The Phantom, in civies, walks the crowded streets with Devil on the new Queen's Coronation day, and prevents the Cult's first assassination attempt of the new queen. The second Assassin, Bogar, is a member of the Queen's Guard, and is also foiled by the Phantom, and he convinces the Queen to leave with him for her safety. Running blockades of both guards and assassins he puts her under the protection of the Pygmies as he goes to destroy the cult at their temple. After he destroys the cult he returns with the queen.
