An overly self-confident decides Diana's his girl and won't take no for an answer and has decided she's his life partner. When the Phantom says no Chesty forces him into a single round charity bout. Which the Phantom wins. Infuriated Chesty doubles down and demands a full title fight, which the Phantom refuses until Chesty vows to donate his entire purse to charity.
