John Layman and Jok's In Hell We Fight reaches its fourth issue with a cover that cranks the chaos up considerably — a massive, glowing purple skull-demon looms over a group of scrambling kids, one winged figure among them, as rubble and wreckage fly in every direction. The sense of scale between that towering, hollow-eyed monstrosity and the very human teens trying to survive it gives the Image Comics series a wonderfully fun, slightly unhinged energy.
