Ice Cream Man #33

Something is decidedly off about the neighborhood ice cream route in this 2022 Image Comics installment from W. Maxwell Prince, Martín Morazzo, and Chris O'Halloran. The cover presents a tall, grinning Ice Cream Man in his crisp white uniform and bow tie standing arms-crossed beside a young counterpart — same hat, same outfit, same unsettling smile — both posed in front of their vintage ice cream truck like the world's most quietly ominous franchise duo. That cheerful green backdrop and playful popsicle logo only make the two figures feel all the more delightfully wrong.
