A detective and his officers investigate a case involving a woman found dead in a red dress, initially suspected to be a gang-related murder. Through interrogation and detective work, they discover the woman's true identity and uncover that a man named Joe Denim, disguised with a wig, is the actual perpetrator they have been seeking. The officers ultimately locate and apprehend Denim, solving the case.
