This July 1964 Charlton romance issue sets the emotional stakes immediately: a woman in red walks in on a young man in a hospital bed getting rather attentive care from a nurse, while a speech bubble drips with pointed sarcasm — "Well! Isn't this a cozy scene!" The cover, penciled and inked by Dick Giordano, captures that particular ache of romantic suspicion with clean, expressive linework and a palette that puts the intruder's bold red suit front and center.
