Hulk #51

Part two of "Haunted Hulk" arrives with a cover subtitle that makes the stakes unmistakably clear: "The Blood Curse of the Forgiven." Carlo Pagulayan and Jason Paz render a chaotic, mid-air collision of figures — a snarling, glowing-eyed werewolf-like creature, a sword-wielding dark-clad fighter, a woman crackling with fiery energy, and a compact armored brawler, all tangled in a frenzied melee against a smoldering red-orange backdrop. Jeff Parker's story has its hands full with this volatile ensemble, and the cover alone promises that issue #51 delivers some of the more wildly kinetic action of the series' 2012 run.
