Huckleberry Hound #10

Dell's lovable blue hound is in fine form on this 1961 cover, where Huck — straw hat, red bow tie, and cane in hand — cheerfully holds up a cage packed with boxing gloves while a weary-looking lion sprawls on the ground beside him. It's a wonderfully absurd snapshot of the easygoing charm that made Hanna-Barbera's Huckleberry Hound such a delight, and with "Hindu Holdup" among the stories inside, this issue promises plenty of good-natured mischief.
