Hot Stuff, the Little Devil #71

Harvey's lovable little red devil is causing quite the commotion on this 1966 cover, as a whole crew of tiny firefighters — complete with fire trucks, ladders, and hoses — scrambles to douse the oversized Hot Stuff with streams of water that simply evaporate into wispy steam on contact. The determined firefighters attack from every angle, yet the grinning devil with his little pink horns and arrow-tipped tail seems utterly unbothered by the whole operation. It's a wonderfully chaotic scene that captures everything charming about Harvey Comics' mischievous star.
