Hot Stuff, the Little Devil #69

Harvey Comics' pint-sized infernal charmer returns in this December 1965 issue, and the cover sets a wonderfully silly tone — Hot Stuff, trident in hand, is drinking straight from a garden hose while heat waves shimmer all around him and an irritated sun glares from the upper left. It's a perfectly playful gag that captures everything endearing about the little red devil: even cooling off is an adventure when you run that hot. "The Devil Inspectors" promises more of the mischievous fun that made this Harvey series a staple of the spinner rack.
