Hot Stuff, the Little Devil #53

Harvey Comics' pint-sized red devil looks genuinely puzzled here, sitting in his rocky cave hideaway and watching a television set that's showing a certain friendly ghost on its screen — while his glowing trident floats outside, struck by lightning bolts. Warren Kremer's warm, expressive linework gives the scene a wonderfully absurd charm, with Hot Stuff's wide-eyed reaction doing all the storytelling the cover needs. A delightful 1963 entry in this long-running Harvey series that proves mischief and humor go hand in hand.
