Hot Stuff, the Little Devil #38

Harvey Comics' pint-sized red devil is having a rough day on this 1961 cover — Hot Stuff clutches his purple trident while standing smack in the middle of a very unfortunate encounter with a freshly painted green park bench, the wet paint stripes clinging all over his little body.
