Hot Stuff, the Little Devil #33

Harvey Comics' irresistible little imp is front and center in this 1961 entry in the long-running series — literally front and center, as Hot Stuff crouches contentedly amid open flames inside a massive cauldron-like bowl. Peering in through a small window within the bowl is a nervous-looking pig character clutching what appears to be a wrench, clearly less at ease with the fiery surroundings than our cheerful red devil. With a "Special Toy Section" badge on the cover and that flaming title logo blazing overhead, Hot Stuff the Little Devil #33 is a wonderfully playful slice of Harvey Comics charm at its best.
