Hot Stuff, the Little Devil #124

Harvey Comics' self-proclaimed "Hottest Devil in Town" is in fine form on this bright yellow cover, where the little red imp charges forward trident in hand, trailing flames and a starburst of mischief behind him. Issue #124 also teases the supporting cast — Stumbo, O. Floodle, Princess Charma, and Aunt Clinker all get thumbnail billing on the left, promising a full roster of Harvey fun alongside "The Makeover People." For 25 cents in 1974, this is cheerful all-ages comics energy at its most colorful.
